The Best Pig Roast in the Midlands

Pig roast bros provided a pig for Kelly and Paul's wedding and their 110 guests as an evening buffet, we were able to carve out side at sub zero temperatures and still provide hot, delicious food. On this occasion the Hotel provided all the cutlery and crockery, it's something we normally do but they were adding additional buffet items so it made sense.
For this function and for all future pig roasts we have decided to use Meadow farm Butchers; a local family supplier who knows his pigs. There was a noticeable difference in the quality of the meat and we received favourable feedback from many guests.
