We will travel for up to 1 hour to your venue and plan to arrive at the event 45 minutes before serving. We require a 3mx3m area for tables, gazebo and equipment and consideration given to queues to and from the area. Ideally a local power supply for lighting may be required.
The equipment is heavy and cannot be lifted up flights of stairs and is 800mm wide so probably won't fit through a standard doorway.
We have public liability insurance, the equipment is corgi certificated and all staff hold current food hygiene certificates.
We would expect to serve 100 people in under 30 minutes and allow up to 2 hours serving time to allow for any late arrivals and second helpings. We allow an hour cleaning down time before moving everything off site.
The chef is happy to help arrange your venue and will discuss serving arrangements prior to arrival.
A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required to confirm and secure the booking with 40% further 1 week before the event, final balance due upon our arrival at the venue.
Commercial credit accounts can be set up by prior arrangement only.
